I have a hybrid, and am quite used to the start/stop stuff, so much so that i kind of get irritated if the car picks that moment i've just stopped to start charging the battery (fortunately, not often). Or is there a way to disable it permanently Ordered and thank you @motin for posting
Why is my car’s start-stop system not working? | Mr Tyre
Of all the great things toyota did on this new platform, the start stop feature isn’t one of them
I’ll show you exactly how to disable it—both temporarily.
If you originally hated yours, and then. Start/stop technology was created to help automakers perform better on epa fuel economy tests But many drivers feel it gave them a worse driving experience in exchange for marginal efficiency. While it can save you fuel and help extend your vehicle's range, you may find the feature too disruptive to keep on
Thankfully, it can easily be disabled via a physical button or touchscreen. This feature doesn’t always work as intended because the engine needs to boot up every time to get going Instead of helping to make each drive more enjoyable and relaxing, the constant. Many modern cars with auto start/stop technology and may drivers hate this feature
Despite its ability to save you money, drivers are always looking.
We would like to show you a description here but the site won’t allow us. I always turn that feature off when i start the car lol I just think it’s annoying Anyone else feel this way
Does the engine auto start/stop function (engine stops when you're at a stoplight, etc) remember what you set it to when you turn off the car
