This unit is locked to. Shell out for the v2, you can always see all your vehicle data and never have to worry if anything is wrong I chose ktuner 1.2 over the 2.0 because it’s cheaper and i can use my infotainment screen to install tunerview and it allows me to monitor all my temps or whatever i need.

The key selling point of the v2 for me was the fact that from locking to unlocking, uploading tunes and real time monitoring, no laptop or app is needed
Plus the leds are really cool.
